A special thanks to CHASA volunteers Julie Lloyd and Annette Brennan for designing some of these creative awareness cards. Julie is a 29 year old adult with right sided hemiplegia, the result of a stroke that she had when she was three days old. Annette is the mom of a beautiful little girl who has hemiplegia due to a stroke before she was born. Thank you to Kiera Beth Sosinski for formatting the tags and cards for us.
