  • A special thanks to CHASA volunteers Julie Lloyd and Annette Brennan for designing some of these creative awareness cards.  

  • Julie is a 29 year old adult with right sided hemiplegia, the result of a stroke that she had when she was three days old.  

  • Annette is the mom of a beautiful little girl who has hemiplegia due to a stroke before she was born.
