CHASA is a 501 (c)(3) Public Charity and your contribution is tax deductible. This tax exempt status was awarded to CHASA by the IRS in March 2000.

If you would like to specify that a portion of your donation be used for a specific service, please note this in the "Item" line.

If you would like to make a donation in memory of someone, please list that information in the "Item" line. Please include an address so that we may send a letter to the family to notify them that you have made this donation in memory of their loved one. You may also send an email to info437@chasa.org to provide us with their contact information. If you wish to make a donation in honor of someone, please follow this same method.
