To make an online donation, click the Make A Donation button. 

If you would like to specify that your donation be used for infant and childhood stroke/hemiplegia research, please note this in the "Item" line.

If you would like to make a donation in memory of someone, please list that information in the "Item" line. Please include an address so that we may send a letter to the family to notify them that you have made this donation in memory of their loved one.  You may also send an email to info437@chasa.org to provide us with their contact information.  If you wish to make a donation in honor of someone, please follow this same method.
