In the Kitchen

Brandon helped me make turkey burgers tonight and he also cut up cantaloupe and honeydew melons. You should have seen the pride in his face as he was complimented at dinner. Lately, I’ve been telling Brandon that I don’t want him to just sit around like a bump on a log.  He needs to tell me something that interests him – anything! So, after pondering, he came to me the other day to give me his thoughts. He wants to take a cooking class! Not just help at home, but take a “real chef’s class with other kids that like to cook with a real cooking teacher.” Didn’t see that one coming. Great news, huh? – Nadine
