our volunteers

The Children's Hemiplegia and Stroke Association may look like a large non-profit organization, but we're not.  This group is primarily run on a part-time basis by two mothers of children who have hemiplegia.  We have no paid staff.

CHASA is proud to have a growing number of committed compassionate volunteers that assist our families and children in many ways.  In honor of the many volunteers with which CHASA has been blessed, we extend a special heartfelt thank you!

We depends on people like you to help us advance the independence of children with hemiplegia.  There are several ways for you to get involved.

We would like to include you in the CHASA family of volunteers.  Whether you're a professional interested in answering questions for parents online, a person willing to develop our brochures and website, or a parent wanting to share your experiences, CHASA welcomes you with open arms.
